Tom Soper

Tom Soper is a seasoned professional in the field of engineering, currently serving as the New Product Development Manager and previously as an Industrialization Engineer at Westlake Pipe & Fittings since June 2018. Prior to this role, Tom held several positions at Independent Can Company from December 2013 to June 2018, including Engineering Supervisor, Senior Engineer, and Manufacturing Engineer. Tom's early career included a Product Engineering Internship at Federal-Mogul Corporation in the summer of 2013 and a Research & Development Internship at Energizer in the summer of 2012. Tom earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Delaware, graduating in 2013.
