Cynthia Ng

Cynthia Ng is an experienced Human Resources professional with a strong background in payroll and HR management. Currently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner at Royal Building Products, a Westlake Company, since October 2008, Cynthia oversees HR and administrative functions for a workforce of 60 in Woodbridge, Ontario, and previously held the position of Payroll Supervisor with responsibilities for a multi-provincial payroll for over 1,000 employees. Prior roles include Payroll Coordinator at Royal Group Inc. and Human Resources Manager at Software Ventures International Technologies. Cynthia holds a Master's Degree in Human Resources Management and a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from the University of Sto. Tomas, along with Payroll Compliance Practitioner certification from the Canadian Payroll Association.
