Tim Lesko

Tim Lesko has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and positions. Tim currently serves as the Vice President of Operations at Westlake Royal Building Products, managing a $700MM business with 2,600 employees across 17 manufacturing sites. Prior to that, they held the same position at Oldcastle Lawn & Garden, overseeing a $170MM business with 500 employees.

Before entering the manufacturing industry, Tim Lesko worked at Waste Pro USA as a Senior Project Manager, responsible for the operations of a $500MM waste collection and disposal company. Tim also served as the Vice President of Medical Maintenance, where they focused on sales, operations, and service. Additionally, Tim was the President and Owner of Greenco Environmental, leading the first permitted food waste commercial composting operation in Georgia.

At Sebia, Inc., Tim Lesko held multiple leadership roles. As the President, they managed the company's divisions in sales, marketing, technical support, service, finance, and operations. Tim also served as the Director of Clinical Sales, overseeing the hospital market sales and field technical support group. In previous roles at Sebia, they were the Regional Sales Manager and Territory Manager, responsible for business development, account management, and sales strategies in various territories.
