Hassan Saab

Hassan Saab is the current Director of Neighborhood Services at the City of Westland. Hassan has also previously served as the President of the County Road Association of Michigan and on the Board of Directors for both the Intelligent Transportaion Society (ITS) Michigan and the County Road Association of Michigan (CRAM). Prior to their work in public service, Mr. Saab was a Senior Design Engineer at Nuclear Design Associates from 1990 to 1992.

Hassan Saab has a Ph.D. in Structural Engineering from the University of Sheffield, England and a Master of Science (MSc) in Concrete Structures and Technology from Imperial College London, England. Hassan also has a Diploma of Imperial College (DIC) in the same field from Imperial College London.

They are on a team with Jennifer Stamper - Assessor, Richard LeBlanc - City Clerk, and Vic Barra - Facilities Director. Hassan Saab reports to William R. Wild, Mayor.
