Kyle Mulligan

Kyle Mulligan is currently the Parks & Recreation Director at City of Westland. Kyle has previous experience working as a State Manager at National Flag Football, where they coordinated and managed youth flag football leagues in the Denver and surrounding areas of Colorado. Kyle also worked as a Production Director at CEP Incorporated, developing, organizing, planning, and promoting the daily production for large scale events of a national entertainment company. Additionally, they have worked as an Assistant Softball Coordinator at Ada Parks and Recreation, overseeing volunteers during other park projects around the Township.

Kyle Mulligan received a Bachelor of Applied Arts in Recreation and Event Management from Central Michigan University.

Their manager is William R. Wild, Mayor. Kyle Mulligan works with Stephani Field - Chief Human Resource Officer, Ramzi El-Gharib - Director of Public Service, and Doug Morton - Water & Sewer Superintendent.
