Suf. Bishop Luke McClendon

Suf. Bishop Luke McClendon currently serves as the Assistant Chairman for the Northern District Council (NDC) of the 5th Episcopal District of the Pentecostal Assemblies of the World since June 2022, while also holding a position as a Civil Service Commissioner for the City of Westland since June 2016. In addition to these roles, McClendon has been the Director of Transportation for the NDC since October 2013 and has owned Blessed Enterprise, LLC since January 2010. McClendon has served as the Pastor of Christ Temple Apostolic Church in Westland, MI, since August 1996, and was previously the Secretary General of the Northern District Council from June 2014 to October 2018. Prior experience includes serving as a Probation Officer for the Michigan Department of Corrections from March 1993 to August 1996. McClendon holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Teacher Education from Western Michigan University and a Ministerial/Ordination Certification from Aenon Bible College, with incomplete Master's level studies in Counselor Education at Eastern Michigan University.
