Matthew Wubs

Matthew Wubs is the current Director at Westland Insurance Group Ltd. Matthew has held this position since November 2019. Prior to this, they were the Co CEO of the company from January 2015 to November 2019. Matthew has also served as the Chief Financial Officer from January 2003 to December 2015 and as Corporate Controller from January 1997 to December 2003.

Before joining Westland Insurance Group Ltd., Matthew Wubs worked at International Forest Products (IFP) from January 1996 to December 1997 as the Information System & Financial Reporting. Matthew began their career at Deloitte Canada from January 1993 to December 1996 as an accountant.

Matthew Wubs completed a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology at The University of British Columbia and is currently a Chartered Professional Accountant of Canada (CPA Canada).
