Reggie Mueller BBA, CPHR, CEC has an extensive work experience history, starting in 1998 at First West Credit Union. Reggie held various leadership roles such as Branch Manager, Marketing Product Specialist, and Account Manager. Reggie excelled in transforming and unifying teams, implementing talent management processes, and leading change management initiatives. In 2019, they joined Westland Insurance Group Ltd. as the Regional Manager, later moving to the role of Director, Retail Sales, where they provided leadership, sales expertise, and talent management to support the company's goals and initiatives.

Reggie Mueller holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) from the University of the Fraser Valley. Reggie also completed a Management Certificate in Financial Planning from the British Columbia Institute of Technology. In addition, Reggie obtained a Graduate Certificate in Executive Coaching with a focus on Leadership from Royal Roads University. Furthermore, they have achieved various certifications including Dare to Lead trained, Certified in Change Management using Prosci methodologies, Chartered Professional Human Resources (CPHR), and Lean Blackbelt Certified in Lean deployment strategy.
