Donna Courington

Ms. Courington has 24 years of experience in multiple aspects of managing engineering projects, database administration and management, and the use of project control systems and reporting tools. She has managed multi-million dollar projects using earned value techniques and understands the data project managers need to effectively control their project budget and schedule. She has used Microsoft Access and Oracle databases for managing and reporting various types of project data. She has experience using the Crystal Decisions reporting tool to generate reports from the P6 Oracle database in use at the SFPUC.
