James Salisbury has over 25 years of experience in the metals industry. James began their career at Hi Tech Bronze Ltd, where they rose through the ranks to become Business Unit Manager. In 1997, they were recruited by West & Musgrave Ltd as Managing Director. James successfully turned around the struggling company, and it was subsequently sold to Spunalloys Ltd in 2000. James then took on the role of Managing Director at Spunalloys, overseeing the company's operations for two years until it was sold to Westley Group Limited in 2002. James has been Group CEO at Westley Group Limited since September 2002.
James Salisbury has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Manchester Business School and a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Accounting and Finance from The University of Hull. James also attended Manchester Grammar School.
