Following an Apprenticeship in Toolmaking, Mark advanced into the field of Quality Management, working at various automotive foundry businesses and gained an Honours Degree in Management of Manufacturing Systems along the way. Mark joined Westley Group at Spunalloys in 1999, initially employed as Quality Manager. He quickly progressed to Group Quality and H&S Director, before becoming Spunalloys and Cradley Heath site’s General Manager in 2014.
