Kelly W. has over 12 years of experience in various roles related to human resources and consulting. Currently, Kelly is serving as the Head of Human Capital Management at WestLink, a position held since May 2021. Before that, Kelly worked as a Consultant at The Random Technologies Pte. Ltd. from October 2019. Prior to that role, Kelly held the same position at The Random Travellers Inc. starting in December 2016. In 2017, Kelly worked as a Talent Development Consultant at DG Ventures for a period of three months. From 2012 to 2017, Kelly held the position of Director of HR and Finance at Rumble Asia. Kelly gained experience in the recruitment sector as a Consultant at J2 Recruitment from November 2014 to March 2015. From 2010 to 2013, Kelly worked as a Lead Consultant at ERT Human Resources Consultancy, managing overall business operations and conducting HR management. Kelly started their career as an HR and Admin Officer at Sharaf Travel LLC from January 2009 to September 2010, where they handled HR and administration duties, payroll and benefits administration, and provided HR administrative support to management.

Kelly W. has a Master's Degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Silliman University. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management from the College of the Holy Spirit. Additionally, they completed a specialization in Project Management Principles and Practices from UC Irvine.
