Reynaldo De Guzman is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technical support and sales engineering. Currently serving as a Business Support Specialist and Technical Assistance Centre (TAC) Analyst at Westman Communications Group since January 2023, Reynaldo has previously held roles such as Team Lead - Sales Engineering at Infinera, APAC Solutions Consultant - Indirect Channels at Nokia Siemens Networks, and Service Contractor / Technical Support at Marconi PLC. Reynaldo began a career in telecommunications as a Program Planning Engineer at PLDT. Reynaldo holds a Bachelor of Science in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Mapúa University and completed secondary education at Pasig Catholic College.
