Gary Gilsenan Ceng Miei

Gary Gilsenan CEng MIEI is a seasoned engineering professional currently serving as a Senior Engineer at Westmeath County Council since December 2023. Prior to this role, Gary gained extensive experience at Jons Civil Engineering Ltd, where notable positions included Construction Supervisor and Project Manager, overseeing significant projects such as the Longford Bridge Rehabilitation Project and the construction of a new foul waste water pumping station. Gary also worked as a Site Engineer at Ward and Burke Construction Limited and as a Junior Consultant Engineer at Joseph O’Reilly Engineering Consultant. Gary holds a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) in Civil Engineering from the University of Galway, completed in 2008.
