Sydney Pickett is an experienced culinary professional with a strong background in food preparation and management. Currently serving as Sous Chef and responsible for procurement at Westminster-Canterbury of the Blue Ridge since January 2019, Sydney manages the daily ordering for multiple dining and health care areas. Previous experience includes a role as Sous Chef at AVI Foodsystems, where meals were provided for over 700 personnel in the diesel truck manufacturing sector. Early culinary roles include line cook positions at various establishments, including Boudreaux's Louisiana Kitchen and Chick-N-Ale, as well as experience as a baker at Panera Bread and prep cook at P.F. Sydney holds an Associate's degree in Culinary Arts/Chef Training from The Art Institutes and an Associate's degree in Computer Aided Drafting Technology from ITT Technical Institute.
