Joan Punch

Joan Punch is currently serving as President at Westminster-Canterbury on Chesapeake Bay & Senior Options, LLC. With a background in executive coaching and organizational consulting in healthcare and home health care, Joan has held various leadership roles such as Vice President of Operations, Senior Director of Clinical Operations, and Director of Quality and Compliance. Prior to their current position, Joan was the Executive Director at Holy Cross Hospital Home Health and has also worked as an Associate at The Corridor Group and Executive Director at Senior Independence. Joan holds a MS in Positive Organizational Development & Change from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University.
