Charlotte Joffe is an accomplished professional in career development and mental health, currently serving as the Career Development Programme Lead at Westminster City Council since December 2017. With a diverse background including roles as Service Development Manager, Learning and Development Consultant, and Independent Living Assessor, Charlotte has extensive experience in supporting individuals' growth and well-being.
