Ed Butler

Ed Butler is an experienced professional with a background in facilities management, business improvement, and operational leadership. Currently serving as the Interim Head of Business Improvement at Westminster City Council, Butler leads various initiatives including compliance audits, energy projects, and culture change within the Corporate Property sector. Previous roles include Interim Head of Delivery at Westminster City Council, managing hard and soft facilities management and workplace services, as well as a stint as Covid-19 Testing Site Manager at G4S. With extensive experience in housing and estate management through various leadership positions at different councils and housing associations, Butler has a proven track record in strategic asset management, tenancy sustainability, and operational improvements. Butler holds a Business Law degree from Coventry University.
