Francesca Hutchin

Francesca Hutchin is an experienced environmental professional currently serving as an Environment Delivery Officer at Westminster City Council and a Change Lab Mentor. With a strong background in climate action and resilience, Francesca has worked with various organizations, including serving as an Involving Young People consultant at the Esmée Fairbairn Foundation, engaging with youth and supporting charities in the funding application process. Previous roles include Campaign Coordinator for Students Organising for Sustainability, Co-Chair of the Student Advisory Board at King's College London, and Policy Oriented Researcher at the International Institute for Environment and Development. Francesca holds a Master of Science in Climate Change: Environment, Science, and Policy from King’s College London and a Bachelor’s degree in Geography from the University of Birmingham.
