James Chang

James Chang is an experienced professional currently serving as a Building Safety Manager at Westminster City Council since July 2023, focusing on building safety information and compliance programs. As the Founder and Director of Changing Faces since February 2018, James has developed an international event and music brand. Previous experience includes roles as a Tenancy Officer at Millbank Estate Management Organisation Limited, Day Concierge at Rendall & Rittner, and various receptionist positions across London. James also contributed to the radio industry as an Audio Producer and Presenter at Hoxton Radio and a DJ at Shoreditch Radio. James holds a Bachelor's degree in Media Production from the University of Derby and a National Diploma in Media from West Cheshire College.
