Kevin Ramsey

Kevin Ramsey is an experienced leader in community development and youth services, currently serving as the Head of Service Community Development at Westminster City Council since September 2022, focusing on resident engagement in funding decisions. Previously, at The Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea from July 2018 to October 2022, Kevin managed the Grenfell Recovery Community Programme and developed community initiatives following the Grenfell Tower tragedy. As CEO of Youth Action Alliance from April 2017 to October 2022, Kevin oversaw operational and financial management while promoting community partnerships and youth engagement. In earlier roles, Kevin contributed to the expansion of youth services and educational programs, such as establishing the School Engagement Programme and achieving significant funding for various initiatives. Kevin holds a BA (Hons) in Youth and Community and Informal Education from George Williams College.
