Michelle McNally

Michelle McNally currently serves as the Head of Portfolio - Housing at Westminster City Council since September 2025. Previously, Michelle held the position of Head of Performance & Projects and Service Lead - Social Investment & Property at the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea from May 2021 to September 2025. In the role of Regeneration Programme Manager at Rushmoor Borough Council from July 2019 to May 2021, Michelle contributed significantly to local development initiatives. Prior to that, Michelle worked at the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea as Strategic Advisor- Housing & Grenfell Recovery and Contact Manager- Grenfell Enabling Service from May 2018 to July 2019. Michelle’s earlier experience includes serving as Neighbourhood Regeneration Officer at VIVID from March 2014 to July 2019 and Operations Manager at Face 2 Face Ltd from June 2008 to January 2014. Michelle's educational background includes a Chartered Institute of Housing qualification (2016-2017), a Level 5 Certificate in Leadership and Management from the Institute of Leadership and Management (2020-Present), and attendance at Farnborough 6th Form College (1995-1996).
