Neera Hirani

Neera Hirani has extensive experience in service development and project management within the mental health sector, currently serving as the Bi-Borough Service Development Manager for Westminster City Council since January 2011. Notable achievements include the creation of a personalized mental health reablement service that eliminated long-term care packages, resulting in significant cost savings.
