Oliver Latham

Oliver Latham is an experienced professional currently serving as a Board Member on the Westminster Education, Employment and Skills Board, focusing on enhancing education and skills provision in Westminster. Since April 2017, Oliver has held various leadership roles at Pearson, including VP Strategy and Growth for the Workforce Skills Division, where responsibilities encompass strategy development and M&A leadership. Previous roles at Pearson include Strategy and Transformation Director and UK Sales and Commercial Director for Higher Education. Oliver has also been a Fellow at The RSA since October 2016 and co-founded goalgiving, a charity platform aimed at performance-based giving. Prior experience includes significant roles at EY in business development and workforce transformation programs for the Department of Defense, as well as serving as an Assistant to an MEP in the European Parliament. Oliver holds a BA in Accounting and Finance from The University of Manchester and has further educational experience at LSE.
