Paul Swaddle

Paul Swaddle is the Co-Founder and CEO of Pocket App Ltd, a company specializing in the development of mobile applications across various platforms and technologies. Currently serving as the Leader of the Conservative Group and Councillor for Regent's Park Ward at Westminster City Council, Paul also holds multiple cabinet responsibilities including Finance, Smart City initiatives, and Customer Services. With prior experience as a Director at Oak Tree Communication and in various roles at Wokingham Borough Council, WIN Plc, and other companies, Paul has a strong background in marketing, public service, and digital transformation. Paul holds a DipM in Marketing from The Chartered Institute of Marketing and a BA (Hons) in Economics and Accounting from the University of Reading.
