Seth Mills

Seth Mills is an experienced social services professional with a strong background in learning disabilities management. Currently serving as the Director of Learning Disability and Provider Services at Westminster City Council since January 2021, Seth previously held multiple positions at Harrow Council from October 2010 to January 2021, including Assistant Director, Head of Social Services, Service Manager, and Team Manager. Seth holds a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from Kingston University, earned between 2004 and 2008.
