Shalen Suchak

Shalen Suchak currently serves as the Head of Culture and Employee Experience at Westminster City Council, a position held since October 2023. Prior to this role, Shalen worked at dragonfish UK from July 2017 to October 2023 as a Senior Consultant and Culture and Performance Consultant, focusing on enhancing business performance through culture alignment and employee experience. Additional experience includes consultancy roles at BMC Global Services and ETS plc, where Shalen implemented psychological solutions to improve organizational performance, and a leadership role at KAEFER analyzing and improving health and safety culture. Shalen holds a Master of Science in Occupational Psychology from the University of Nottingham and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Hull.
