Anita Orozco

Anita Orozco is an experienced human resources executive currently serving as the Vice President of Human Resources at Hussey Copper since December 2022. With over 25 years of experience across manufacturing, distribution, and government sectors, Orozco has a strong track record of implementing organizational initiatives and leading teams through growth. Orozco also teaches HR courses in the online MBA program at Westminster College and has held various HR leadership positions including Director of Human Resources at HF Sinclair, where oversight extended to approximately 150 employees, and an HR Manager role at The Chamberlain Group, responsible for HR activities across multiple facilities. Orozco's educational background includes a PhD in Organizational Behavior from Capella University, an M.S. in Human Resource Management from Troy University, and a B.S. in Marketing and Public Relations from Johnson & Wales University.
