Jacob Fassler

Jacob Fassler has held various leadership roles throughout their career. Jacob started as a Team Lead Manager at Oregon Park District in 2008 before transitioning to the United States Air Force in 2013, where they served as Manager of Deployment Operations. Following this, they moved into the education sector, holding positions at Western Governors University, Westminster College, and Southern New Hampshire University as a Sr. Manager and Lead Adjunct Professor. Most recently, they joined Amazon Web Services in 2021 as part of the CX Intelligence team. Prior to this, they worked at Amazon as a Manager of Specialty Fulfillment Analytics & Forecasting for North America.

Jacob Fassler holds a Doctor of Education in Organizational Leadership from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Jacob also earned a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Data Science and Business Analytics from the Gies College of Business at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Additionally, Jacob has obtained multiple master's degrees and certifications in various fields related to business, management, and data science.
