Kelly Hartner

Kelly Hartner has extensive experience in information technology and infrastructure services, currently serving as Director of Infrastructure Services and Director of Information Technology Services at Westminster College since July 1994. Previously, Kelly held the position of Enterprise Network Manager at the same institution. Prior to this academic role, Kelly served in the United States Air Force as a Staff Sergeant from October 1984 to October 1990. In terms of education, Kelly earned a Master's degree in Education from Westminster College (PA) between 2003 and 2005 and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of South Carolina - Coastal Carolina Campus from 1990 to 1993.
