Ang Porter is a seasoned professional with diverse experience in advocacy, editorial leadership, and community services. Currently serving as a Domestic Violence and Sexual Assault Advocate at Onslow Women's Center and a Resident Services Coordinator at Westminster Company, Ang also has a strong entrepreneurial background, having co-founded Pith & Pen and held the position of Editor in Chief at The HawkEye. Previous experience includes providing childbirth education and doula services as the owner of The Jacksonville Doulas. Ang's educational background includes a degree in Journalism and Human Communications from HACC, Central Pennsylvania's Community College, complemented by studies at Laurel Ridge Community College.
