Currently serving at Westminster Company since January 2022, Michelle has previously held similar roles at Thomas Safran & Associates, Preservation Partners Management Group, Inc., G & K Management Co., Inc., and several other property management firms. With a focus on both Conventional and Project-Based Section 8 properties, Michelle has demonstrated expertise in operational management, mentorship, and maintaining budgets under challenging circumstances, including high turnover scenarios. Education includes completion of training at JY Monk Real Estate School in 2005.
