Yeshi Abay

Yeshi Abay is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Head of S. Finance at the Westminster Foundation for Democracy since December 2024, Yeshi's previous positions include Head of Finance at the School for Social Entrepreneurs and Finance Manager at In Kind Direct. Yeshi has a notable tenure at VisitBritain, where roles included Head of Finance, Head of Financial Planning & Tax, and Senior Finance Manager from September 2008 to November 2020. Yeshi's early career included positions at the British Tourist Authority and Hull Blyth & Co Ltd. Yeshi holds an ACCA degree in Accounting from the University of West London and a Bachelor's degree in Geography and Cartography from Addis Ababa University.
