The Teaching and Instruction team at Westminster Public Schools (WPS) is responsible for delivering personalized education to nearly 10,000 students in the district. This diverse group of educators, including instructors in general education, special education, career and technical education (CTE), and specialized subjects such as mathematics and drama, collaborates to implement the district's Competency Based System (CBS). Their goal is to ensure each student advances upon demonstrating mastery of subjects, thereby fostering an environment where education is tailored to individual learning needs.
