Froilan Mendoza has extensive experience in educational leadership, currently serving as the Superintendent of Baldwin Park Unified School District since October 2000. Throughout a distinguished career in the district, Froilan Mendoza has held several key positions, including Associate Superintendent, Senior Director of Student Achievement, Director of Extended Educational Programs, and Coordinator of Early Childhood Education. Prior to this, experience included roles at the Los Angeles County Office of Education, where Froilan Mendoza worked as Coordinator at the Principal Level, Assistant Principal, and Educational Counselor/Assistant Principal Designee. Educational qualifications comprise a Doctor of Education from the University of Southern California in Educational Leadership and Administration, a Master of Arts from California State University, Los Angeles in Educational Administration and Supervision, a Master of Science from California State University-San Bernardino in Counselor Education/School Counseling and Guidance Services, and a Bachelor of Science from the University of California, Davis.
