Norma Verdugo is an experienced educator currently serving as a TOSA in Educational Technology and Support at Baldwin Park Unified School District since August 2018. In this role, Norma has co-led and coached cohorts focused on instructional technology integration, supported personalized learning environments across various educational levels, and facilitated professional development district-wide.
