Nancy Phinney

Nancy Phinney started their work experience as a Senior Planner at the Maine Office of Energy Resources in May 1979. Nancy held this role until May 1984. In December 1984, Nancy joined Westmont College where they served as the Director of Public Affairs and editor of the Westmont magazine.

Nancy Phinney obtained their B.A. in History from Westmont College from 1970 to 1974. Nancy then pursued their M.A. in History at William & Mary, completing it from 1974 to 1975.
