Jason Harris

Jason Harris has a diverse work experience. Jason started their career as an Intern in Acquisitions at Westmount Realty Capital, LLC in January 2017 and worked until August 2017. Later, they returned to the same company as an Intern in Asset Management from September 2017 to March 2018. Jason then became a Senior Intern in Acquisitions from April 2018 to May 2018, where they took on additional responsibilities such as leading potential deals and improving the financial model. Jason continued their journey at Westmount as an Analyst in Acquisitions from June 2018 to December 2019, where they assisted in the acquisition and closing of over 1.4 million SF of U.S. properties. Jason then progressed to the role of Associate in Acquisitions from January 2020 to December 2020. Jason was promoted to Senior Associate in Acquisitions from January 2021 to December 2022, and currently, they hold the position of Associate Director in Commercial Investments, starting from January 2023.

Before working at Westmount Realty Capital, LLC, Jason held the role of Coordinator in the Comet Cents Financial Literacy Program at The University of Texas at Dallas from September 2015 to May 2017. Prior to that, they worked as a Host at Olive Garden from September 2012 to June 2016.

Jason Harris completed their education with a Master's Degree in Finance and Real Estate from the Naveen Jindal School of Management at UT Dallas, which they attended from 2016 to 2018. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Finance from the same institution from 2014 to 2016. Jason began their higher education journey at Kilgore College from 2012 to 2014, where they earned an Associate of Arts (AA) degree in General Studies.
