Marc Theisen

Marc Theisen has extensive work experience in logistics and supply chain management. Marc currently serves as the Head of Logistics at Westnetz GmbH, where they manage a team of approximately 90 employees and oversees the operational responsibility for logistics services. Marc is responsible for developing and implementing efficient work processes, optimizing the supply chain, and managing service portfolios for internal and external customers.

Before joining Westnetz GmbH, Marc held various leadership roles at Saint-Gobain Glass. From 2007 to 2020, they served as the Head of Methods and Means in Logistics on a worldwide level. Prior to that, they were the Head of Packaging Technology and Packaging Purchasing from 2002 to 2007. Moreover, Marc served as the Head of the Transport Division at Saint-Gobain Glass Deutschland from 2000 to 2002.

Marc also gained experience at SCHOTT, where they held multiple positions in packaging technology, shipping processing, method planning, and project engineering from 1994 to 2000.
