Matt Huggett

Matt Huggett is a highly experienced legal professional and educator currently serving as a Partner at Stephens Scown since October 2024. In addition to this role, Matt is a Visiting Lecturer in CIPD Employment Law at Weston College and has been actively involved with CILEX since May 2018, holding various positions including Immediate Past President and Non-Executive Director. As the founder of Brightstar HR, Matt specializes in providing employment law and Human Resources training. Prior experience includes being a Partner and CILEX Lawyer at Carbon Law Partners and a Lead Lawyer at EEF. Matt's educational background includes studies at CILEX Law School, the University of the West of England, and the University of Derby.
