Tristan Deherrera

Tristan DeHerrera is a licensed massage therapist with extensive experience in the wellness industry. Currently serving as a Licensed Massage Therapist at Alpine Fit PT and a Sports Massage Instructor at Weston Distance Learning since late 2022, Tristan previously held the roles of Spa Director and Lead Massage Therapist at Woodhouse from June 2021 to November 2023. Tristan's earlier experience includes working as a Licensed Massage Therapist and Nutritionist at Longmont Integrative Family Practice from April 2015 to January 2018. Educational credentials include a degree as a Nutrition Therapy Practitioner from the Nutrition Therapy Institute and training from the Utah College of Massage Therapy.
