David Sembrot

David Sembrot is a seasoned environmental project manager with extensive experience in federal programs and environmental science. Currently serving as a Senior Environmental Project Manager at Weston Solutions, Inc. since July 2021, David previously held various roles including Senior Project Manager and Environmental Scientist at CDM Smith, where support was provided to federal clients such as the Department of Defense, Department of Energy, US Army Corps of Engineers, and US Environmental Protection Agency from December 2008 to February 2021. Prior experience includes project management and environmental science roles at MARCOR Remediation, WRS Infrastructure & Environment, Safety-Kleen, and ES&E, with responsibilities encompassing project management, estimating, proposal writing, and marketing. David holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Resource Management from Penn State University, earned between 1987 and 1991.
