Phil Salmon

Phil Salmon is a seasoned financial executive with extensive experience in varied roles across leading organizations. Currently serving as Chief Financial and Operations Officer at Westover School since August 2023, Phil previously held the position of Director of Finance at AMANI Public Charter School from November 2017 to July 2023. Phil's consulting experience includes a role at Promontory Financial Group, LLC, focusing on financial institutions and capital issues. Prior to this, Phil spent a decade at MetLife in senior roles, including Vice President of Corporate Development and Corporate Treasury, where significant capital transactions were executed. Additional experience includes a tenure as Vice President at Banc of America Securities and roles at Bankers Trust and Ernst & Young, emphasizing financial audits and client relations. Phil holds an MBA in Finance from Duke University's Fuqua School of Business and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Franklin & Marshall College.
