Andrew Twidle has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Andrew most recently worked at Westpac New Zealand, where they held various leadership roles including Head of Customer Experience Northern and Tribe Lead for different segments. Andrew was responsible for improving everyday banking, customer onboarding, and technology delivery. Prior to this, they worked as the Director of Mass Marketing at Westpac.

Before their tenure at Westpac, Andrew was the Head of Marketing & Communications at Milford Asset Management Ltd. Andrew developed and implemented the company's marketing strategy and focused on brand building and client experience.

In addition to their corporate roles, Andrew had a stint as a self-employed consultant, where they worked on management consultancy projects for Chinese and UK-based companies. Andrew provided assistance in areas such as developing business plans and establishing corporate positioning.
