Kerry Conway has a diverse and extensive work experience in finance and leadership roles. Kerry began their career in 1995 at GE Money, where they held various finance positions for five years. Kerry then joined Morgan Stanley as a Planning Leader from 2001 to 2004. Kerry returned to GE Money and took on roles such as Financial Analyst, Financial Planning & Analysis Leader, and Profitability Leader from 2004 to 2011. Kerry then moved to GE Capital, where they served as Chief Financial Officer and Acting Managing Director. In 2014, Kerry joined Paymark as the Chief Financial Officer, overseeing finance, legal, commercial management, risk & compliance, and People & Culture. Lastly, Kerry is currently employed at Westpac New Zealand, where they have held positions including Head of NZ Banking - Finance, Deputy CFO, Chief Product Officer, and currently serves as the Head of Finance Strategy & Execution.
