Lance Hadley

Lance Hadley is a Senior Remuneration Consultant at Westpac New Zealand since February 2022. Prior to this role, Lance served as a Remuneration Advisor at ASB Bank from May 2010 to January 2022, providing remuneration advice, job evaluation, and compensation analysis. Earlier in Lance's career, experience included a position as HR Admin Team Leader and Remuneration & Benefits Consultant at BNZ from 2004 to 2009. Lance holds a Bachelor of Business Studies (BBS) from Massey University and completed education at St Peter's College between 1981 and 1987.
