Alefiya Gandhi

Alefiya Gandhi is an experienced solution designer at Westpac since August 2022 and has been a technical lead at BT Financial Group since October 2015. Prior roles include developer consultant at ThoughtWorks, advanced software engineer at GE Oil & Gas, and software engineer at GE Energy. Notable responsibilities include supporting application design and development, managing inter-team communications, and adopting roles such as business analyst and scrum master to enhance team productivity.
