Anton Botica

Anton Botica has over a decade of experience at Westpac, currently serving as Risk and Compliance Manager since July 2018. In this role, responsibilities include providing quality risk management advice, maintaining an operational risk and control framework, managing incidents, preparing staff training, and overseeing communications strategies within the Commercial, Corporate, and Institutional banking units. Additionally, Anton has held the position of Commercial Manager, focusing on portfolio management and developing customer relationships, as well as Business Manager, where the emphasis was on managing New Zealand and Australian Business Bank customers while fostering referral opportunities. Anton obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Finance from The University of Auckland and attended St Johns College in Hamilton.
