Damien Cincera

Damien Cincera is an accomplished financial professional with extensive experience in private banking and business development. Currently serving as Director at Westpac Private Bank since June 2012, Damien drives client acquisition strategies and growth in high net worth client numbers. Previously, Damien held the role of Director of Private Banking at Bank of Melbourne from October 2018 to December 2023 and was Head of Business Development at NAB from June 2006 to June 2012, where oversight of alliance partnerships and new business development were key responsibilities.
