Heather Bolt

Heather Bolt is a seasoned professional in the property sector, currently serving as the Property Sector Lead for Climate & ESG at Westpac, where they drive sustainability leadership and strategy. Previously, Heather held the position of Head of Commercial Services at Efficient Living, optimizing operations and managing sustainability projects. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Senior ESD Engineer at Arup, specializing in energy-efficient design. Heather began their professional journey as a Student Mechanical Engineer at Centrax Ltd, and they also contributed to research at the University of Exeter, where they published findings on coronary artery disease. They earned a Master of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Exeter with first-class honors.
